Terms of service - T.O.S

Payment
- I ONLY take money via paypal invoices
- Payment BEFORE commission starts.
- Sending payment means that you’ve ACCEPTED my T.O.S
- You have 24 hours to send the payment otherwise I will choose another commissioner.
- Payment plans are available at 200€
- 50% upfront and the other 50% one month later
- Please note that I will only complete the final artwork after full payment has been received.
The initial payment allows me to begin the sketching process.Additional Cost
- Complex characters or outfits will cost more!
- Ask about fetishes! Some may have an additional fee (Ropes for example).
- Hard nos: Diapers, scat or watersports, Gore/snuff, Feets (paws are ok!)
- I am willing to draw with a deadline. The shorter the deadline, the higher the costs.Rush fees:
- Completion within 2 months: +30%
- Completion within 1 month: +60%Refunds/Chargebacks
- Refunds are only available if I have not yet started working on your commission.
- Once work has begun, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work already completed.
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving work will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.General Terms
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
- If you share my art, you have to credit me properly.
- Please do NOT edit my art without my permission! (srly just ask, I rarely say no!)
- Please do NOT resell my art without my permission!
- Please keep communication professional and commission-related.
- The use of my artwork, including commissions, for AI training, dataset creation, image generation, machine learning, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited. This applies also to old commissions; ignoring this will automatically get you banned from any commissions in the future
- I retain full copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The client receives personal, non-commercial usage rights only.
- I reserve the right to publicly post all commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, or galleries.All commissions can take up to Three months!
It can happen that some commissions come off a bit sketchier! depending on what I think fits betterI have a normal working life too, so please be patient with me. You can ask me anytime for updates on your commission! but please don't do it every two days, this will stress me out, and I will probably take longer to finish your commissionCommission Process- I can make up to 3 pose sketches for you to choose from.

- The next step I will show you, will be the flat coloring- Minor revisions are included during the sketch and flat color stages.- Major changes (such as changing the character, pose, composition, or concept) may incur an additional fee.Work progress
I work in a biweekly rhythm; that means in one week I only do commissions, and in the next I do personal projects. Please keep that in mind when asking for updates
